1 - Processing of personal data
As part of their respective activities, Jutheau Husson SAM (Monaco) and FREMA SAS (France), hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Group”, collect and process the following categories of data via their websites and digital platforms:
Categories of Data Collected:
- Identification data: first name, last name, postal address, telephone number, email.
- Browsing data: timestamps, IP address, technical information related to the browser and device used, cookies and other tracker
- Data from contact forms: purpose of the request, message content, follow-up provided, statistics.
- Application data: information provided as part of a recruitment process.
- Data related to publication management: content posted online, follow-up, statistics.
- Technical management data: information necessary to ensure the operational maintenance of the website (technical logs, support requests, statistics).
- Audience and usage statistics for online services.
Sources of Collected Data:
- • Internet users accessing the Group's websites and forms;
- Authorized staff of Jutheau Husson and FREMA responsible for administration and publication;
- Technical service providers operating on the Group's platforms.
Certain data is mandatory in order to process a request.
Data collected for statistical or audience measurement purposes is based on your consent when it is not strictly necessary.

- Internet users accessing the Group's websites;
- Authorized employees involved in request management;
- Job applicants;
- Technical service providers.
2 - Purpose of processing
The purpose of the processing is the management of the website administered by Jutheau Husson. The processing enables:
- Management of contact forms and related requests;
- The consideration and analysis of requests for health insurance quotes;
- The completion of a personalised project study based on the information provided No automated commercial prospecting is carried out on the basis of this form.
- The processing of applications;
- The sending of newsletters (with consent);
- Publishing and archiving content;
- Technical administration and website security;
- Audience measurement and service improvement;
- Management of commercial relationships initiated through the website.
The data collected by Jutheau Husson is always collected for the purposes mentioned herein.
The legal bases for processing are:
- Consent;
- Legitimate interest;
- Legal obligations.
3. Data Retention
- Data collected via contact forms intended for experts are retained for the duration necessary to process the request.
- Log data (connection logs, etc.) are stored for one year from collection.
- Data necessary for the production of audience statistics and online service usage statistics is retained for a maximum period of thirteen months, unless the data subject objects.
- Or for the duration of the contractual relationship, where applicable, plus the applicable legal retention periods.
- Data collected in the context of commercial relationship management is kept for the entire duration of the commercial relationship, subject to any legal provisions to the contrary.

- Data collected in connection with a request for information is retained for the duration of the request's processing, as well as for the period necessary for evidentiary and dispute management purposes.
- In all cases, data are retained in the website’s back office and on its servers for two years from the date of collection.
4. Recipients of Personal Data
Jutheau Husson does not sell personal information entrusted by its clients to third parties. However, to ensure the provision of all appropriate services, this information may be shared with technical service providers.
Jutheau Husson certifies that this data cannot be used for any purposes other than those specified herein, and ensures that processing is carried out in compliance with Monaco’s regulations (Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal information) as well as the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
5. Security & Confidentiality
Jutheau Husson implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data, in particular:
- Restricting access to authorised persons only;
- Securing access to IT tools;
- Contractual supervision of subcontractors in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and Monegasque Law No. 1.565.
All information is strictly confidential and handled in compliance with:
- Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 (Monaco);
- GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique & Libertés”).
6. Data Subject Rights
In accordance with the aforementioned provisions, the data subject has the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to restrict the processing of data, the right to object to the processing, the right to rectification, and also:
Right to data portability: Since 25 May 2018, the data subject may, in certain circumstances, obtain the personal data he or she has provided to Jutheau Husson (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) in order to reuse them elsewhere.
Right to erasure of data: The data subject may request the deletion or erasure of his or her personal data in certain cases, for example if he or she wishes to withdraw consent. If the personal data have been shared with third parties, Jutheau Husson will inform them of the deletion insofar as possible. Upon written request from the data subject and within the limits of the applicable regulations, we may indicate the processors to whom the data have been communicated so that the data subject may contact them directly.
Right not to be subject to an entirely automated individual decision (‘profiling’): The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly affects his or her situation, unless such profiling is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract with Jutheau Husson. This type of processing is not carried out by Jutheau Husson.

For each request, it is necessary to specify in the subject line “Data Subject Rights” and to attach a copy of an identity document.

8. Withdrawal of Consent
This is possible at any time without retroactive effect on the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
When consent is the legal basis for the processing of personal data, the data subject may withdraw it at any time, particularly in the case of marketing communications (such as newsletters), by using the link in our marketing communications to unsubscribe automatically.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
