We undertake to acknowledge receipt of any claim within 8–10 working days and to respond or keep the client informed of the progress of the claim processing within two months from the date of receipt.

A claim is understood to mean a statement expressing a client’s dissatisfaction with a professional.

A request for service or provision, a request for information, clarification or an opinion is not a claim.

Mediation

If the response provided by Jutheau Husson or one of its subsidiaries does not satisfy you and a dispute remains, you may refer the matter to the mediator, provided that no legal proceedings have been initiated or are about to be initiated.

The mediation procedure is free of charge, confidential and impartial.
